Yoga offers a holistic approach to managing anxiety, depression, and stress, emphasizing the mind-body connection and providing tools for self-regulation and resilience.
Duration: Workshop has 6-weeks duration
Workshop : 6-week, March 2- April 13
Schedule: Weekdays evenings and weekend mornings (5-6 class options per week to suit all timezones)

Yoga for Pain (Back & Neck)
Yogic Management of Pain conditions is a holistic approach to healing involving yoga practices and understanding yogic concepts. In this workshop, participants will explore yoga practices, such as asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing practices), along with the concept of Ashtanga yoga and the philosophy of yoga.
