Yoga for Different Groups
Our most popular classes,the wellness series aim at enhancing the wellness quotient of the participants. Through a series of yoga asanas with an emphasis on breath and pranayama, these classes help manage disease, stress, weight and other special needs. Wellness classes provide a positive health experience for both kids and adults alike. We offer a wide variety of classes for various groups at different parts of the Bay Area.
Yoga for Kids
All our kids classes are holistic yoga practices and include yoga poses, pranayama, meditation, age-appropriate yogic games and chantings or simple syllables and Sanskrit mantras. For details check out our Locations.
Prenatal Yoga
Our classes are applicable for all three trimesters of pregnancy. We focus on breath awareness and gentle poses for moms-to-be. We give stress management techniques and prepare them for safe childbirth. For details check out our Locations..

Yoga Therapy: We offer yoga for back pain, neck pain, arthritis, respiratory disorders, diabetes mellitus, metabolic disorders such as cholesterol problems, mental health conditions, cancer, neurological disorders and women's health conditions among others. Learn More

Yoga for Wellness and Therapy needs
Our approach to yoga is holistic and resonant of the 5000-year old system of total wellness from ancient India. The yogic system was based on the core belief that a human being's natural state is one of optimal health and wellness. In line with this thinking, we aim to reduce disturbances in physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health to allow an individual to function at his/her optimal potential. In our classes, we place emphasis on breath awareness for sharper focus, loosening practices to prepare for yogasanas and hatha yoga poses for mind/body awareness, and pranayama/meditation for a deeper connection with oneself.
