Senior Classes: Free online classes for age 65 and above. Go to Online Class Page for details

Discounts and Sewa Offerings:
We offer FREE online sessions for those who cannot afford to pay (income proof required).
We offer FREE yoga for 3 months for cancer patients who have recently completed their cancer treatment (within a year). Conditions Apply. Check with us*

Refunds are not given on monthly classes. If you are not able to attend for the present month, you may write to us for an extension.
Please note that we have exclusions for people who need individual attention due to any health conditions that prevent them from attending group sessions.
Although we offer FREE 3-month group yoga for cancer patients, there will be some initial need for paid yoga therapy sessions for screening and customized yoga classes, so that you are properly enabled to practice yoga safely.
Classes schedule is subject to change. Annual subscription (if available) can be converted to a monthly subscription (at a higher rate).
