Information Session for Yoga Teacher Training
Join our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Information Session on December 19, Winter 2025. This Yoga Alliance RYT-200 course integrates various aspects of yoga, including asana, pranayama, kriya, and meditation techniques. Our course provides in-depth yogic philosophy derived from ancient yoga texts such as Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras that are applicable to the modern lifestyle and values.

Yoga for Pain (Back & Neck)
Yogic Management of Pain conditions is a holistic approach to healing involving yoga practices and understanding yogic concepts. In this workshop, participants will explore yoga practices, such as asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing practices), along with the concept of Ashtanga yoga and the philosophy of yoga.
