Online Youth Yoga Workshops

The Online Youth Yoga Workshop is designed to provide young people with the tools and techniques to nurture their mind, body, and spirit. The program brings the youth together for group learning and focuses on key highlights:

  1. Physical Strength & Flexibility: Yoga postures to enhance body strength and flexibility.

  2. Mindfulness Practices: Breathing exercises and meditation for mental clarity and focus.

  3. Emotional Resilience: Techniques to manage stress and cultivate emotional well-being.

  4. Self-Awareness: Encourages reflection and connection with oneself.

  5. Positive Thinking & Self-Esteem: Discussions on building confidence and fostering a positive mindset.

  6. Holistic Approach: Combines physical, emotional, and mental well-being for overall health.

  7. Practical Tools: Provides youth with strategies to navigate daily challenges and promote well-being.

Workshop Details:

The workshop includes 90 minutes of yoga practice, followed by 60 minutes dedicated to conceptual understanding. Additionally, an interactive session with youth guest speakers is part of the experience. Each workshop is complete and self-contained, and the hours contribute toward YTT credits for elective learning.
