Theme of the Yoga Day - Healthy Aging through Yoga!

Yoga Bharati collaborates with HSS (Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh) to brings IDY 2026 and celebrate the timeless wisdom of yoga. It will be a high energy program with yoga practices for all age groups.

When: Sunday, June 21st, 2025, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Yoga session: approx 75 mins)

Where: Bridgeport Elementary School

Fees: FREE for all.

• Please bring your yoga mat (if you have one) and a water bottle. Let’s breathe, stretch and find peace together.
