Details: Our yoga program aims to improve concentration through yoga children’s focus postures, proper breathing, chanting, balancing, and other techniques. We also ensure that children learn moral and ethical principles, become good human beings, and help the community.
Our children’s classes are unique as they are taught by trained Youth yoga teachers and guided by an adult mentor.
Program duration: Fall (Sept-Dec) and Winter (Jan-May ) semesters

Yuva Yogi (joining at ages 12+ yrs)- 2.5 to 3 years
