Yoga for Kids at Round Rock Location
Focus is on 4 major areas - 4 Ps - Principles, Postures, Prayers and Participation. The goal is to improve focus and concentration of the kids through yoga postures, proper breathing and other techniques. The focus will also be to ensure kids learn moral and ethical principles, learn to be good human beings and help the community. This class is typically for kids ages 6-12 years. Please reach out if you have anyone slightly younger or older and we can discuss options. You can attend first class free to try it out before you fully sign up and pay for the full session. Please send us a note if you plan to do that.
