Kids Yoga Classes - Experienced/Older kids welcome to join Adults classes. Beginner kids yoga classes will be made available based on demand.

Bhagavad Gita Class (All levels) - starts Jan 16th

• Fridays 6.30 – 7.15 PM

Class Details

Bhagavad Gita chanting class helps kids develop focus, memory, and confidence while building a calm and mindful mindset through rhythmic and accurate recitation. It also connects them to cultural and spiritual values in a joyful, age-appropriate way that encourages discipline, respect, and inner strength.

Enrollment

Classes are workshop format and registration is required for the entire workshop for the duration of 12 weeks. Please register below if you are joining for the first time. Otherwise just Pay.
