Yoga Bharati brings the annual event, Dhyana Yagna, starting May 1, 2026, for 21 days of practice together.No experience needed! Just bring yourself and an open mind.

MORNING

  • Mon - Fri - 6.30am CST/7.30am EST as below.

    • Mon & Fri - 30 min meditation

    • Tues-Thurs - 1 hour yoga and meditation

  • Mon - Fri - 6.15am PST/8.15 AM CST/9.15 AM EST - 30 min Meditation

  • Mon - Fri - 7am PST/9am CST/10am EST - 1 hour Yoga and Meditation

    EVENING

  • Mon - Thurs - 6.00 PM PST - Yoga and Meditation

  • Mon-Thurs - 7.30 PM PST/9.30 PM CST/10.30 PM EST - 30 min meditation
