Mon & Fri - 30 min meditation
Tues-Thurs - 1 hour yoga and meditation
Mon - Fri - 6.15am PST/8.15 AM CST/9.15 AM EST - 30 min Meditation
Mon - Fri - 7am PST/9am CST/10am EST - 1 hour Yoga and Meditation
EVENING
Mon - Thurs - 6.00 PM PST - Yoga and Meditation
Mon-Thurs - 7.30 PM PST/9.30 PM CST/10.30 PM EST - 30 min meditation
