Dhyana Yagna - Meditation Challenge 2024



Yoga Bharati is happy to celebrate Meditation Day 2024 on Sunday, May 21, 2023. As part of this effort, Yoga Bharati has planned to have a 21 day yagna starting May 1. We will share a video each week and also a live class schedule for your practice which comprises a simple routine of Asanas and Pranayama, which will have a meditative effect in it. The final conclusion will be a spiritual and meditative yagna of more routines, including a bhajan session. Come and join us in bringing a meditative routine into your life, or be a part of an enthusiastic group of meditators!

Additionally, videos will be released on the first of the week for personal sadhana on the days you don’t practice in live sitting sessions.
