Learn about the role of yoga in managing pain and improving mobility in chronic MSDs.
Concepts of Applied Anatomy and Physiology
This includes learning the structure (bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments) and systems (muscular, nervous, circulatory) of the body.
Concepts of client health assessment and analysis case studies
Students will study numerous case studies, and learn how to tailor simple and customizable practices from their planned therapeutic interventions. That produces maximum benefits for the chronic ailment of the Musculoskeletal System.
