Dr. Sarat Addanki has a distinguished career of 32+ years starting with Software Quality Engineering to establishing social enterprise, Ayurway in Sunol, California today. As early as 2008, Dr. Addanki began applying AI and Machine Learning to enterprise quality engineering. Beyond technology, Dr. Addanki’s personal journey has shaped a strong social mission. The loss of his mother to cancer sparked a deep commitment to integrative medicine, leading him to pursue education in Ayurveda, Nutrition, and Mind-Body Medicine. He subsequently founded the SMRATA Foundation, through which, he has supported hundreds of rural girls in pursuing education at IITs, IIMs, and other premier institutions, while improving the lives of 200,000+ families through programs spanning education, healthcare, nutrition, clean water, and livelihoods. At MNJ Cancer Hospital, he personally funded and implemented transformative sanitation and security initiatives for two years, elevating operations and patient experience to standards comparable with private institutions.

Chairman and Spiritual Founder of Yoga Bharati, is a Professor of yoga philosophy at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation (SVYASA), Bangalore, India. Trained by esteemed yogic figures like Prof Satyanarayana Sastry, he has practiced yoga since childhood. Ashwini Surpur, BS (CS), MA (Sanskrit), ERYT-500, CIAYT, is the Executive Director of Yoga Bharati and a Senior Yoga Therapist. With 15 years of experience as a Software Engineer at Oracle, she transitioned to full-time volunteering at Yoga Bharati in 2010. Specializing in yoga therapy, particularly for cancer and terminally ill patients, she's a sought-after yoga teacher, faculty, and speaker on yoga and Hindu philosophy and contributes articles to various publications. Passionate about literature and philosophy, she holds an MA in Sanskrit and enjoys writing poems and articles in her free time.
Dr. Mamatha Shekar
Manjul Mishra is a NAMA board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (CAP, SCUHS 2024), a yoga therapist, and the founder of AyuNidhi Yoga & Ayurveda in Encinitas, California. Rooted in a family Ayurvedic tradition and shaped by a 28-year engineering career, she brings a distinctive systems-thinking lens to holistic healing. Vaidya Scientist Namyata Pathak, BAMS, MD (Ayu), VSF was trained in both Ayurveda and modern medicine in India to offer sustainable health transformations in complex chronic diseases for over two decades. She has integrative clinical research experience with Parkinson's Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, and Women's Health issues—menopausal and pubertal transitions. She is the Adjunct Director of Clinical Research at Kasturba Health Society-Medical Research Center, India.
