Vaidya Namyata (Nami) Pathak

Vaidya Scientist Namyata Pathak, BAMS, MD (Ayu), VSF was trained in both Ayurveda and modern medicine in India to offer sustainable health transformations in complex chronic diseases for over two decades. She has integrative clinical research experience with Parkinson's Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, and Women's Health issues—menopausal and pubertal transitions. She is the Adjunct Director of Clinical Research at Kasturba Health Society-Medical Research Center, India.

In the US, she teaches Ayurvedic Medicine (AM) at leading schools and is a Board Member of the Ayurvedic Accreditation Commission. She serves seekers of health and well-being at Ayu.Care, a HIPPA-compliant digital and physical clinic in Bay Area, California, as an Integrative Ayurveda specialist.

She loves connecting with life in its wholesome wilderness, reading, learning, sharing, biking, self-contemplating, being in nature, and raising her two young daughters in a brave new world.
