Yoga Bharati works in affiliation with VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation, Bengaluru) In providing yoga education and yoga therapy as evidence-based complementary health care with in-depth knowledge of the Integrated approach to Yoga Therapy.

Our Privacy Policy

Yoga Bharati is firmly committed to the privacy of our clients’ and students’ personal data and users. Your contact details, payment information, and health related information will be maintained in locked cabinet or on the cloud services with strict password protected and double authenticated backend services. Your email address and other private information are never shared without your express permission.

Terms and Conditions for Yoga Service

To use our yoga service, you must have the requisite power and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 must be signed up by their parents. When a child is with our yoga teachers or any of our volunteers, staff, or contractors, it is after the parent has consented to the service with us. By signing this document, you are consenting to our terms and conditions.

At Yoga Bharati, we believe yoga is a complete holistic practice for self-growth and self-transformation. The practice of yoga has been shown to improve quality of life and acts as a complementary medicine along with medical management.  

WE ARE NOT PSYCHOTHERAPISTS OR MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS

We are not Psychotherapists or Medical Practitioners. Our advice is purely based on the yoga philosophy and is general in nature. You are encouraged to visit your physicians, psychotherapists, or other licensed healthcare practitioners for your health conditions. Yoga Therapy is not a licensed healthcare profession in many US states. All the information provided throughout the duration of your yoga sessions or workshops with us delivered via email, in-person private or group sessions, and live events, including webinars, are for educational and informational purposes only and should not take the place of medical advice.

Signing Up And Liability Waiver

In order to use our yoga service, you will be required to provide information about yourself, including your name, email address, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Yoga Bharati. will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or an email address other than your own. In the case of a minor, a parent or a guardian is required to enter the form and sign it. We will use your contact info to keep you informed about our events, any class-related information, workshops, etc.

Financial And Personal Responsibility

You agree to be financially responsible for all services you have signed up for. You agree to conduct yourself in a way that does not violate or infringe the rights of others, or behave in a way that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or would constitute a criminal offense, or give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

Refusal Of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person, or entity without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. Services will be offered upon receipt of payment. We may at any time change or discontinue services even after payment is received if situation arises. If we choose to refuse your service after payment has been processed, we will refund your money.

Service Confirmation

We will contact you to confirm the service request and with details concerning the service. In the event that there is an error or delay in our confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible and get all the details clarified.

Cancellations, Refunds, And Returns

We do not offer refunds for services after purchase. However, your satisfaction is our priority; email us at therapy@yogabharati.org to let us know why you’re unsatisfied, and we will do whatever we can to meet your needs. 

Our fees are subject to change. But once the contract is signed for a particular service, it will be honored to the fullest extent. In case we are not able to complete our promised service to you, the following is the refund policy:

·      If we cancel our service prior to half of the duration of the service being completed, we will refund the full amount if we cancel our classes, workshops, or any service or optionally, we will give a credit toward the next service of a similar kind.

·      If we cancel our service after half of the duration of the service is completed, we will refund the prorated amount if we canceled our classes, workshops, or any service, or optionally, we will give prorated credit toward the next service of a similar kind.

Service Description

We endeavor to describe the details of our service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the service, you may still need to write or talk to us about details you are not clear about or if confusion persists. Yoga’s application to therapeutic and wellness needs is a new field, and research on yoga is still in its infancy. If you are not satisfied with your progress, you are encouraged to bring it up with our yoga teachers, volunteers, and staff that is working with you. It is your responsibility to get the matters clarified in case you are not sure about the details of our service and fees.

Our Intellectual Property

We may provide materials such as booklets, yoga techniques, concept handouts, audio and video resources. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of our content or intellectual property, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove your enrollment from our service without a refund if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

Changed Terms

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions and having you sign the agreement. Any use of the service by you after being notified signifies your acceptance of our amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. If you refuse to sign our new Terms and Conditions, we will terminate the service with a prorated refund as mentioned in the section “Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns”.

Limitation Of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or any other damages arising out of your use of the service. Additionally, Yoga Bharati. is not liable for damages in connection with (i) any failure of performance, error, omission, denial of service, attack, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure; (ii) loss of revenue, anticipated profits, business, savings, goodwill or data; and (iii) third party theft of, destruction of, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your information or property, regardless of our negligence, gross negligence, failure of an essential purpose and whether such liability arises in negligence, contract, tort, or any other theory of legal liability. The foregoing applies even if Yoga Bharati has been advised of the possibility of or could have foreseen the damages in those states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for the damages; our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law. In no event shall Yoga Bharati’s cumulative liability to you exceed the total purchase price of the service you have purchased from Yoga Bharati, and if no purchase has been made by you, Yoga Bharati’s cumulative liability to you shall not exceed $100.

Third-Party Resources

Our service may include some third-party services. You enter into a contract with the third-party vendor when such a service is taken. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damages you may incur when you are taking service from our third-party vendors. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such resources.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third-party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of service. 

Entire Agreement Waiver

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yoga Bharati pertaining to the service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Yoga Bharati. shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Small Business Bodyguard, Inc.

All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and can be emailed to info@yogabharati.org
