Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) for Adults & Yoga Foundation Course (YFC)

Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and Youth Teacher Training (YYTT) are yoga teacher training programs that prepare students to teach holistic yoga in the community. These courses integrate various aspects of yoga, such as asanas, pranayama, kriyas, meditation techniques, and the very essence of yogic philosophy, into a holistic composite – thus enabling students to understand and impart the knowledge of yoga in its entirety. Yoga Bharati conducts two batches of Yoga Teacher Training and Youth Teacher Training every year online and in different parts of the US (and Trinidad and Tobago Caribbean islands). Along with yoga practice techniques, we provide in-depth yogic philosophy from the ancient scriptures of Upanishad, Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali Yoga Sutras. We are affiliated with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation (SVYASA), Bangalore, a premier Yoga University in India.

In addition, we offer Yoga Foundation Course (YFC) as a shorter course on yoga fundamentals while allowing students to deepen their yoga practice and spiritual journey.

We are a registered Yoga Alliance RYT-200 school
