Through a series of yoga asanas, breathing, and pranayama, our classes help manage disease, stress, weight, and other special needs. Wellness classes provide a positive health experience for both kids and adults alike. We offer a wide variety of classes for various groups in different parts of the Bay Area.

We offer free yoga for those who cannot afford to pay.
We offer free family spiritual coaching to those who are in distress.

Types of Classes We Offer

  • Yoga for Kids

    All our kid’s classes are holistic yoga practices and include yoga poses, pranayama, meditation, age-appropriate yogic games, chantings or simple syllables, and Sanskrit mantras.

  • Yoga for Seniors

    Our senior classes include yoga poses, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. These classes strengthen the body's ability to manage health conditions, stress, and weight, improve overall health, and bring tranquility.

  • Yoga for Cancer

    We offer free yoga classes and support for participants who are taking chemo, or radiation for cancer or have completed their therapy in the past year. Our evidence-based yoga for cancer helps improve the quality of life during these painful periods.

  • Prenatal Classes

    Our classes are applicable for all three trimesters of pregnancy. We focus on breath awareness and gentle poses for moms-to-be. We give stress management techniques and prepare them for safe childbirth.

Our Approach

Our approach to yoga is holistic and resonant with the 5000-year-old system of total wellness from ancient India. The yogic system was based on the core belief that a human being's natural state is one of optimal health and wellness.

In line with this thinking, we aim to reduce disturbances in physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health to allow an individual to function at his/her optimal potential. In our classes, we emphasize breath awareness for sharper focus, loosening practices to prepare for yoga asanas and hatha yoga poses for mind/body awareness, and pranayama/meditation for a deeper connection with oneself.

Yoga as a Holistic Practice

Our techniques are aimed at holistic health with breath awareness, loosening, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques. They are meant for weight management, metabolic disorders, and stress management.

Stretch & Restore

Holding Asanas to get deep stretch to muscles to relieve muscle spasms and for overall health. Excellent for people with back/neck/knee pain and overworked individuals without enough exercise.

Yoga & Breath

Gentle movement of body in synchrony with breath; calms down the mind and improves lung capacity and overall rejuvenation. Excellent for Anxiety, Stress, and Asthma management.

Dynamic Yoga

Fast-paced yoga techniques followed by deep relaxation. Excellent for weight management and metabolic disorders.

Meditation & Online Relaxation

Our holistic yoga with breath awareness, loosening, and asana poses with a focus on Meditation - a class for positive health. Focus on Pain Management and stress management. There is also a deep awareness of building relaxation practices for holistic healing.

Core Strength

Practices aimed at stretching and strengthening the core muscles and back so that sitting postures are easier. This class helps people with back, neck, and shoulder pains. It is also an overall relaxing class for all levels. Excellent for people with back/neck/knee pain and people with jobs that require sitting all day.
