Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.
Yoga Bharati is pleased to bring intensive 21 day yoga for different health needs. This is a free offering towards our sewa for the community that is dealing with stress, grief, and physical and mental health challenges due to COVID pandemic, social isolation, and economic downturn.
