Austin Yoga Classes Calendar (Round Rock Location)

We are not a typical yoga studio where you sign up and start attending the classes. We understand your needs and your health conditions, if any, and work with you closely to help you achieve your health  goals.  Our sessions are holistic with breath awareness, yoga movements with breath synchronization, dynamic loosening practices to increase the heart rate and provide cardio endurance and asanas in the style of stimulation and relaxation.

We also include yoganidra style relaxation, pranayama and meditation techniques involving chanting of simple syllables like A, U, and M sounds and visual techniques. 

Notes:

Registration is required for all classes. All experience levels are welcome.

All classes are for 60 minutes and in person.

Classes for Fall Session start on Sept 7th and end on Dec 7th. Classes are held on Saturdays 9.00 AM - 10.00 AM CST. We have 3 sessions available for Fall Session, each session includes 4 classes (one per week). Students may register for one or more sessions based on their availability and need. There is no dependency between sessions.

Session 1: Sep 7, Sep 14, Sep 21, Sep 28

Session 2: Oct 5, Oct 19, Oct 26, Nov 2 (Oct 12 - No class due to Dussehra)

Session 3: Nov 9, Nov 16, Nov 23, Dec 7 (Nov 28 - No class due to Thanksgiving break)

Yoga for Wellness and Core Strengthening (Adults): Focus of the class is on overall wellness and stress management. People with any ailments such as diabetes, back pain, sleep issues are welcome to attend and will be provided counseling and special take home practices. Adults and youth are welcome to join.

  • You can attend first class free to try to it out before you fully sign up and pay for the full session. Please send us a note if you plan to do that.

Yoga for Kids: Focus is on 4 major areas - 4 Ps - Principles, Postures, Prayers and Participation. The goal is to improve focus and concentration of the kids through yoga postures, proper breathing and other techniques. The focus will also be to ensure kids learn moral and ethical principles, learn to be good human beings and help the community. This class is typically for kids ages 6-12 years. Please reach out if you have anyone slightly younger or older and we can discuss options.
