We are pleased to offer three extensive and in-depth yoga workshops on various different aliments.

* regimen includes private yoga therapy consultation and 1 yoga therapy session.

  1. Yoga for Neck and Back Pain (mild to moderate)

  2. Yoga for Knee pain (strength) workshop

  • Devanagari writing and speaking (Hindi and Sanskrit script)

  • Life skills and Ayurveda basics, environmental awareness and diet awareness

  • Learn through stories, games and yoga based Art

  • Meditation using Shri Yantra and other support

New research finds that a yoga class designed specifically for back pain can be as safe and effective as physical therapy in easing pain.

American College of Physicians recommends that people with mild or moderate back pain should avoid pain medicines if possible, and instead opt for alternatives such as tai chi, yoga and massage.
