Detox Using Pranayama and Ayurveda

Welcome to Yoga Bharati's new initiative on Health Enhancement using Yoga, Pranayama, Diet and Ayurvedic lifestyle program.

What is Detox using Pranayama and Ayurveda?

Health and lifestyle involves tuning up your body and removing the waste from the body just as we tune up our cars from time to time. Spring is a season change and that means our bodies need to adapt and tune to the new crops, new brighter days, the winds that blow from the north. Our program works on your body, inside out. With Detox program, your skin glows because your inner energy is reflected in the skin and your radiant health makes you fragrant from inside out.

Our mission is to bring these session at the affordable price as we do our best.
