This is our popular program where Swamiji brings practical application of strategies and techniques from the vedantic texts. Relationship are hard to maintain. Differences in our personalities may be affecting our relationships, may it be parenting, couples, family members, colleagues, friends and social circles. Can Spirituality benefit in the field? Swamiji's meditation sessions are very popular. From his depth of Adviata Vedanta knowledge and experiments, Swamiji has devised many different meditation techqniues such as Patanjali meditation, Chakra meditation, Kundalini meditation techniques to name a few. 

Patanjali Yoga Sutras

Fees: $65; Included in the YTT fees for YTT 2017 students.
