I have been taking women's yoga classes at Yoga Bharati Center 3 times a week for a few months now. It happens to be a women's only class and I have enjoyed meeting the other women in the class. I really like the overall wellness approach of this center. The classes include pranayama and chanting in addition to the asanas. The teachers seem knowledgeable, committed and open to questions. The class is small enough for the teachers to focus on each participant. They offer online yoga classes twice a week as well as dial in meditation sessions a couple of nights per week. I am looking forward to having my daughter attend the kids classes when she turns 7.
