Testimonial - I love Chanting in Prenatal Yoga Class
After I found out I was pregnant, I have been told to stop all forms of exercises. Now that I am in my 2nd trimester, I feel that I need to do something. I came across this particular prenatal yoga practice while researching online and am very happy that I gave it a try.
The class size is small enough so each student gets full attention from her. She also makes sure that we have the right form when performing the asanas. The classes are not strenuous at all and I feel good and peaceful after each class. There are also strengthening exercises to help with delivery.
Although I am a Chinese, I especially love the chanting that we do in the class and I like how soothing and peaceful instructor's voice makes me feel

I used some of the breathing techniques, MSRT techniques during labor and it helped me calm down and redirect my mind during such a tough and painful journey.
