The classes could include Yoga for positive health and stress management, Yoga for weight management, Yoga for kids, Yoga for prenatal women, Yoga for vision for kids, Patanjali yoga sutras chanting etc. These classes will require enrollment and commitment just like all the special groups classes we have been conducting over years. Please stay tuned for more details on these, including a workshop in August to answer any questions.
